Andorra. In November, Andorra assumed the chair of the Council of Europe’s Ministerial Committee. According to Foreign Minister Gilbert Saboya SunyĆ©, education in human rights, democracy and the rule of law should be the focus of the presidency. A social media campaign was planned to strengthen young people’s knowledge of the European Convention on Human Rights (European Convention).
