Andorra. In November, Andorra assumed the chair of the Council of Europe’s Ministerial Committee. According to Foreign Minister Gilbert Saboya Sunyé, education in human rights, democracy and the rule of law should be the focus of the presidency. A social media campaign was planned to strengthen young people’s knowledge of the European Convention on Human Rights (European Convention).
