The Tudor Pelagos Gets an update. In the form of a clock for left-handed people with the name of Pelagos LHD (left hand drive). But not only left-handed should rejoice, there is enough right-handed, also very appreciate a Crown on the left side of the clock case. A very simple and practical reason: Finally to avoid so that the Crown in the back of the hand to express. There should be even left-handed, who prefer right-handed watches exactly for this reason. Anyway…

The special is the Crown on the left side. In addition, there is this watch with a red Pelagos lettering, will appeal especially Rolex and vintage fans (the red lettering is particularly rare and sought after vintage Rolex). The luminous has a beige shade that is reminiscent of old watches with tritium luminous markers – glow in the dark however green blue. Another (small) feature is the date display in red, which however only applies to the straight calendar days. The odd are classic in black.
More details: The clock is made of titanium, a helium valve (for professional divers) and a ceramic bezel. Inside the Pelagos LHD is a variant of the Tudor Manufakurwerks MT5612 chronometer certified (COSC). In addition to the titanium bracelet with stainless steel folding clasp and patented spring mechanism (which the varying wrist circumference diving adjusts automatically) is a rubber strap included. The Tudor Pelagos LHD is water resistant to 500 meters.
On the back, you can see that these watches are numbered. Whether it is now a limited edition, Tudor leaves somehow and speaks only of a “numbered Edition” (see also this Fratellowatch article).
My personal guess: After all three-digit numbers are assigned, which incidentally, unusually large adorn on the back, Tudor will move to a four-digit and smaller flag. Thus, the first 999 watches are likely to be something special. In a sense, a kind of “Limited edition” within a not limited edition. So, you can awaken desires. As I said, just a guess.
