The Chinese company Huawei returns to the fray with Huawei Y530 a new model that fits within the Young line and which serves as the baseline update company becoming the successor of Huawei Ascend Y300.
It is an Android terminal low-end timidly updated features of the previous model. It is, in essence, the adaptation of the best-selling Huawei G510 hardware / Orange Daytona for the Young line, with splashes of colour and a design more casual.
Huawei Y530, specifications and design
The first thing we want to point out is that we we have a low-end terminal, you don’t expect great fanfare of power of a smartphone that arrives on the market in a range of prices contained and with a size of 4.5 inch.
If we take a look at the technical specifications we realize that we are before a smartphone with hardware that pointer was 3 years ago and today has been fair for many advanced features but, as Huawei seeks to demonstrate, can be efficient for normal use of the terminal.
We have a processor Qualcomm MSM8210 – renamed Snapdragon 200-, dual-core 1.2 GHz Cortex A7 and GPU Adreno 302, accompanied of 512 MB RAM and 4GB of internal storage (expandable via microSD). Huawei makes use of its light interface UI on Android 4.3 Emotion so it seems that this amount is sufficient for a basic mobile usage without pretensions.
This chip and the rest of the terminal is supplied with a 1750 mAh battery and has a size and weight of 132.5 x 67 x 9.3 mm and 145 g.
As we can see, the specifications are very similar to Huawei G510, and is that even mounted a similar 4.5 inch WVGA screen.
It’s a smartphone with Wireless N, Bluetooth 4.0, HSPA connectivity 21Mbps and with a rear Chamber of 5 Mpx with autofocus and LED flash plus a basic front VGA (640 x 480) camera.
